Kurkuda

Ingredients
2 heads (100 g) onion
2-3 (80 g) dried peppers
5 tbsp (100 g) bulgur
1/2 cabbage sauerkraut
5 cups (1 l) cabbage juice
Method
Chopped sauerkraut and onions, peppers and pour the bulgur with cabbage juice and boil. The finished soup is served hot or cold.

In Lovech end kurkudata made with pieces of streaky pork without groats and put black pepper! And without kasha! Love her this kurkuda :) At least my grandmother and my mother make it so!
