Lamb chops grilled

Ingredients
4 lamb steak with bone
2 tbsp (20 ml) sunflower oil
pepper
salt
# Sauce:
250 g green gooseberry
15 g butter
1 tbsp ( 10 g) sugar
lemon peel
1 tsp mint
pinch of cinnamon
Method
Lamb chops are crushed lightly smeared with sunflower oil, add salt is sprinkled with pepper and placed in highly-hot grill. After 2-3 minutes turn, reduce heat and bake about 10 minutes.
