Lamb kebab paper
Ingredients
750 g lamb
750 g onion
1/2 cup (100 g) melted butter
1/2 cup (100 ml) white wine
3-4 peppercorns
1/2 connection mint
1/2 bunch parsley
5 chili peppers
1 tbsp (10 g) salt
Method
The meat is cleaned from the skins and bones, cut it small pieces, sprinkle with salt, ground black pepper, finely chopped onion, parsley and mint, wine and part of the butter and let stand for 2-3 hours in a cool place, with the addition of chili peppers purposes. Divide into portions and wrapped in greased with butter parchment paper. Packets are arranged in the pan, greased with butter. The dish pour the remaining butter and bake in the oven.
