Lamb leg, Zagorski

Ingredients
1.2 kg leg of lamb
400 g minced meat
2 carrots
100 g peas
2-3 pickles
3 eggs
2 tbsp sunflower oil
40 g butter
pepper
salt
Method
Leg is boned and salted inside and outside. All other products are kneaded mixture with which it is filled and then sutured. Bake at moderate temperature. Serve warm.
