Ingredients
          600 g lamb, diced
          8 small onions
          small mushrooms
          salt, pepper
          3 tbsp butter, melted
          lemons
              Method
              Onion cut into halves. Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper and fit on skewers, alternating a piece of meat, 1/2 onion, meat again, sponge, etc. Apply kebab with melted butter and bake in very hot BBQ. Serve with lemon slices and lettuce.
