Lamb terbium

Ingredients
1 kg lamb leg
1 onion
1 bay leaf
5-6 Allspice
5-6 peppercorns
# For the sauce:
250 g yogurt
1-2 tbsp sour milk
2 eggs
2 cloves garlic
parsley
Method
Cut the meat and place in cold water to boil with chopped 4 onions and spices. Once cooked is removed on a large plate or platter. Beat eggs, add yogurt, flour, minced meat garlic cloves and the resulting mixture is gradually diluted with a little of the broth in which the meat was cooked. Stir constantly and boil to thicken. This sauce pour the meat and sprinkle with chopped parsley. It is appropriate to this dish as a side dish to be served cooked macaroni.
