Language potatoes

Ingredients
1 beef tongue
80 g butter
1/2 cup (100 ml) white wine
1 bay leaf
1 tsp (5 g) Kim
1 kg potatoes
1 tbsp (10 g) toasted flour
Method
Language is rubbed with salt and then wash. Boil in salted water and still warm Peel. Stews in half of the butter. Add wine, 1 cup the broth in which the language is boiling, bay leaves and half a teaspoon caraway. Boil until soft. Cut into slices. Cook potatoes, cut into slices, add salt and sprinkle with caraway rest. Pour in the remaining butter and baked in the oven. Sauce language thicken with flour and simmer a few minutes. Tongue served with potatoes, topped with sauce.
