Lapadnik

Ingredients
5 cups (1 kg) flour
1 cup (200 ml) vegetable oil
3 handfuls (1 kg) dock
1 tbsp (10 g) red pepper
3-4 peppercorns
salt
Method
From the flour, salt and water is kneaded dough banitsa. It is rolled out two sheets. First crust slagav oiled pan (or directly on podnitsa) and spread a filling of cleaned, washed and finely chopped rhubarb sprinkled with red pepper, finely crushed black pepper and salt to taste. Sprinkle top with oil and put the second crust, which is also sprinkled with fat. Lapadnikat was capped with Vrashnik and baked by the heat of the coals placed on top.

To the dough should add 1 tablespoon oil. A filling will be more delicious if dock choke in a little water and then fry after cool add cheese to your liking, and 1-2 eggs in one word - pizza calzone.
