Layered cake Delight

Ingredients
5 eggs
9 tbsp sugar
6 tbsp flour
3 tbsp cocoa
2 vanilla
200 g chocolate spread
1/2 cup ground walnuts

Method
Whites and yolks are separated carefully. Whip with 1 tbsp sugar hard snow. Yolks 4 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp cold water beat with mixer until triple in volume and the mixture is a thick cream. Stirring gently with stirring, gradually add flour spoon, part of the egg white, and so until exhausted. Insert one vanilla. Cocoa is sifted in a separate container and with a little lukewarm water stir until get kind of cream, then there pour half of the dough and gently stir to color his cocoa. The bottom of the form with a diameter of 26 cm, which will bake the cake is placed lightly greased with sunflower oil paper for sweets. The cake looks great - now I'm doing it, but obviously something messed up - I felt very marshes thinner. May i messed something somewhere, do you think?

I never cut the cake, make 2 thin marshes, so it even.

Toku just made this cake *Delight*. The taste is very nice, but blat rose much marar that Shake whites and yolks. I think need a little baking powder. Next time I will make it with baking powder, to see what happens.

Girls marshes of this cake is a sponge and so it does not put any raising agent. If you put a raising agent will change not only appearance, but its taste. In order not to receive a very thin crust that are appropriate to the size of the form in which bake marshes. As I have written, these products are shape with a diameter 26 cm (24 cm and can).
