Layered cake El Beko

Ingredients
600 g ordinary biscuits (4 pack)
4 eggs
50 g margarine
1 and 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup milk
1 cup crushed walnuts
1/2 cup raisins
12 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
2 tbsp rum, brandy or alcohol of your choice
2 vanilla
Method
Biscuits crushed in in large pieces. The eggs were divided into white and yolk. Egg white put 6 tbsp sugar crash. Of egg yolks are added 50 g of margarine, 2 tbsp cocoa 2 tbsp rum and powdered sugar. The whole was stirred to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Add cream (yolks), to biscuits. The entire mixture is put milk the walnuts, raisins. Mix everything very nice. The cake is formed. Heat 5-6 tbsp sugar, and then thus obtained caramel add to the beaten whites of trickle stirring constantly. Cream tightens in refrigerator about 1 hour. Cake smeared with cream. Decorate optional and sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
