Layered cake Fan

Ingredients
10 eggs
200 g sugar
250 g flour
1 vanilla
lemon peel
150 g of crystal sugar caramel glaze
# For the cream:
500 g sour cream
300 g of powdered sugar
1 tbsp ground coffee
300 g chocolate
1 vanilla

Method
Eggs are divided into white and yolk. yolks fight warm with 2/3 of sugar. As white set is taken from the fire. Separately, beat egg whites snow. Insert the remaining sugar. With gentle stirring unite egg whites yolks. Sprinkle the flour, lemon zest and vanilla. fluffy bake 4-5 boards on the cake bottom Greased and floured. The mixture is brushed layer no thicker than 1 cm. Baked bases, cold, put on one another, as between spreadable cream - cream mix with sugar and lukewarm melted chocolate and coffee. Finally sprinkle vanilla. One of the baked pastry remains not oiled. On it was poured glaze prepared from molten sugar, light brown caramel color. With a sharp knife, spread with butter, cut triangles. Once cool, ranked on the top layer of the cake, which is completely coated with a thin layer of cream and decorated on the outside edge of roses Injected cream (there were so many roses as triangles are cut). Triangles rank slightly lying so that their tips pointing to gather in the middle of the cake, which is injected one more rose, and the opposite end slightly to rest in the roses.

Many have heard about this cake, but my idea was very difficult. And I'm not much into making cakes and eating them for'm first.

The cake is simple to make. It is rather tricky work around making swamps for triangles. But it is very effective and worthwhile for a special holiday!

It looks superb and certainly very tasty ... but great regret and me hi4'm not into making cakes! Congratulations tilia!
