Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 vanilla
# For the syrup:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1-2 tsp rum
# For the cream:
sweetened whipped cream
# To decorate:
strawberries

Method
Is broken yolks with the sugar, add the flour, vanilla and beaten egg whites. The mixture was poured onto an oiled shaped and baked in the preheated oven at 200 C for 20 minutes. After cooling, the sponge is formed into a heart-shaped and is cut horizontally into two the base. Moist is lower base. Top put the shattered cream, cover with second base, syrup and smeared with cream. Decorate with fresh strawberries or compote.
