Ingredients
# 1 For base:
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 and 1/2 cup flour
10 g baking powder
100 ml milk
1/2 capsule lemon essence
# For the cream:
1 liter milk
2 packets of cocoa pudding (1 l liquid)
10 tsp sugar
# To decorate:
200 ml Pastry cream
syrup - stewed pears

Method
Beat eggs with sugar. Gradually add flour with baking powder. Finally add the milk and lemon juice. Bake littered with paper baking pan to 200C degrees. Base is finished syrup with pear compote. I have prepared three the base. Prepare pudding according to package directions. Decorate with cream shattered.
