Layered cake Mocha

Ingredients
# For the dough:
3 eggs
120 g sugar
40 g starch
30 g flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp cocoa
# For the cream:
1 egg
100 g sugar
1 vanilla
350 g cream or drained yogurt
1 tbsp instant coffee
1 tbsp liqueur
25 g gelatin
50 g orange marmalade (apricots, peaches, strawberries)
1 tbsp sugar
# To decorate:
roast coffee beans
100 g of marzipan figurines - flowers, butterflies, chicks, bunnies
Method
Whole eggs and 3 tbsp water is broken down into a thick cream by adding a little sugar. Combine starch, cocoa, flour and baking powder, and sieved through a sieve. Pour into the egg mixture. Pour the mixture into a baking dish covered with paper, and bake in the oven at 180 C for 20-25 minutes. The baked base was cooled, and cut into three thinner the base. For the cream is beaten egg, sugar and vanilla, then add the cream. Separately, mix 1 tbsp instant coffee and hot water is poured liquor and liquid is added to the cream. Then stirred with a pre-dissolved in hot water, gelatin. The cake is arranged as follows. The first base is smeared with jam, then smeared with part of the prepared cream.
