Layered cake Pepa
Ingredients
24 biscuits
300 g butter
2 cup (400 g) powdered sugar
1 liter milk
3 eggs
3-4 dust vanilla
400 g walnuts
2 tbsp (20 g) cocoa
1/4 cup (50 ml) rum
100 g of chocolate
Method
Pre-cut cookie of 9 pieces. The walnuts cut. Egg whites are broken down into the snow. Biscuits put in cold milk and remove immediately. The butter mix with the sugar until it is over. To put the yolks and continue stirring the mixture, put cocoa the walnuts, vanilla and rum. Then there are added moistened and squeezed biscuits and finally beaten egg whites. Pour into cake pan, shaped, sprinkle with grated chocolate and put in refrigerator to set.
