Layered cake Royal

Ingredients
# For the base:
4 eggs
80 g sugar
80 g flour
40 g cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of cinnamon
2 tbsp sunflower oil
2 tbsp cognac
sugar
# For the cream:
500 ml milk
35 g sugar
1 package vanilla pudding
150 ml cream
# To decorate:
2 cup orange juice
200 g biscuits
250 g Cream
100 g chocolate

Method
Whites and yolks are broken down individually. The oil and cognac mixed with egg yolks and add to the beaten egg whites. To this mixture add the flour mixed with cocoa, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix everything thoroughly, pour into pan and bake in the oven at 180 C. After cooling, the base is syrupy. On it pour cream made from milk, sugar, packet pudding - vanilla and cream. On rank cream biscuits soaked in orange juice. Top cake decorated with cream, flavored with chocolate.
