Layered cake Sacher

Ingredients
150 g chocolate
150 g butter
1 cup (200 g) sugar
6 eggs
3/4 cup (150 g) flour
3 tbsp apricot jam
40 g coconut butter
50 g cocoa
1 cup (200 g) powdered sugar
200 g cream

Method
Chocolate melts. The butter was stirred with 150 g of sugar until a uniform mixture was gradually added to the egg yolks and the molten chocolate, icing sugar and cream. Then twice add sifted flour and beaten with remaining sugar egg whites. They gradually pour the remainder was stirred. Pour dough in well greased form cake and bake for about an hour in a moderate oven. Once cool, the cake turns evens and smeared with warmed apricot jam. For the icing on the water bath heated coconut butter with cocoa, sifted powdered sugar and H tbsp (30 ml) hot water. The mixture is poured over the cake.

except coconut oil, what else can be replaced?

With oil still usually happens.

I only want to ask - this same cake bakeries as *Sunday* is it? But even if not, it sounds deliciously and will definitely make it :)

I have not eaten this cake in *Sunday*, but worth a try. Very tasty and easy to prepare is.

very appetizing look, but if you put cream then what should it be liquid or sour?

I make this cake several times and much like any home! lilialkara I think it is best to be sour cream :)
