Layered cake Shokomaniya

Ingredients
# For the base:
8 eggs
200 g sugar
100 g starch
2 tbsp cocoa
# For the cream:
300 g butter
300 g of powdered sugar
300 ml milk
2 egg whites
1 vanilla powder
100 g chocolate
Method
Eggs are broken with sugar until blanching, then add starch and cocoa. All stir well and pour into a large baking dish, covered with paper. Bake in a moderate oven. Egg whites are broken down to the cream of snow. Separately, mix the milk and sugar, add egg white. The mixture is placed on the stove and stir constantly until it boils. Remove from heat and stirring continued for another 5 minutes. The mixture was allowed to cool. To prepare the cream the butter mix foam. To this was added the melted chocolate and vanilla. Mix well. The base is cut into three parts, which clump cream. Top and sides of cake smeared with cream. Decorate optional.
