Layered cake Surprise

Ingredients
1 ready base
1 jar (800 g) compote of your choice
500 g ice cream
2 egg whites
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp rum or cognac
striped sticks, walnuts or other of your choice to decorate
Method
The base is put into the cake pan. To 1/3 cup juice of compost put rum and it soaked the base. Put the ice cream on top and smoothed. Sorting fruit compote. Egg whites are broken down into hard snow with powdered sugar and place on top and immediately placed in an oven heated to a maximum of 2-3 minutes - to turn pink. Decorate optional - with sticks, with walnuts, whole fruit with sweet.
