Lecho meat

Ingredients
600 g peppers
400 g tomatoes
300 g minced meat pork
40 g lard
100 g sour cream
160 g rice
1 onion
pepper
salt
Method
Cleaning and scalded rice pour 1 and 1/4 cup (250 ml) of salted water, add 1 tablespoon lard and stew until soft. Arranged on the bottom of a fireproof container boiled, peeled and cut into rings tomatoes, chopped also trundle peppers, steamed rice and ground meat. Each row salt it separately. Fry the finely chopped onion to yellowing in lard, removed from heat, add red pepper, pour a little water immediately, add the cream and pour the cooked products. Letcho stew 20 minutes under a blanket and dopicha without lid in the oven.
