Leek soup - III type

Ingredients
3 sticks (300 g) leek
5 tbsp (50 ml) vegetable oil
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
1 cup (200 ml) cabbage juice or vinegar 2 tbsp
mint
salt
Method
Clean, finely chopped leek stew in fat, then pour 5 cups hot water and boil until soft. In cabbage juice blurs the flour and pour in the leeks, stirring continuously. Broth add salt to taste and dovaryava. Sprinkle with chopped mint and remove from fire. Serve hot.
