Ingredients
4 leeks
5-6 potatoes
5 tbsp sunflower oil
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tsp sugar
20-25 olives, free of stones
5-6 peppercorns

Method
Leeks are cleaned and cut into small pieces, such as the white portion is separated 2 tbsp. The remaining leeks add salt, crushed hands and put to boil in 2 cups water, vinegar, sugar, pepper and 3 tbsp sunflower oil. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and boil in salted water. Drain and while warm, mixed with 2 tbsp sunflower oil. The cooked leeks are also drained and mixed with potatoes. The mixture is placed in a deep dish, garnish with sliced ​​into quarters hard-boiled eggs and olives and sprinkle with chopped parsley and separated crude leek.
