Lemon cake - II type

Ingredients
# For the base:
100 g butter
2/3 cup flour
4 tbsp water
# For the cream:
3/4 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 lemon - juice and grated peel
2 yolks
# To decorate:
2 egg white
sugar
Method
The base is prepared by making a dough macerate butter, flour and water. Not oiled put it in a baking dish, slightly rising edges. Bake in a hot oven. For the cream: Mix sugar, flour and egg yolks. Add the juice and grated peel of lemon and then 3 cups boiling water. Concentrate on low heat, stirring continuously. cold cream is spread on the cold base. Decorate with beat thick snow with a little sugar egg whites.
