Lemon florets

Ingredients
125 g butter
150 g sugar
1 lemon
400 g flour
3 egg whites
150 g of powdered sugar
Method
The butter mix of foam and add sugar and grated lemon rind. Gradually, under continuous stirring, pour the flour. The dough is kneaded well and rolled into a sheet with a thickness of 5 mm. Cut out round shapes, which bake in moderate oven until slightly yellowish. Separately broken hard whites and mix with powdered sugar and the juice of 1/2 lemon. On baked cookies made with spray roses of beaten whites. Dopichat in a moderate oven.
