Lemon muffins

Ingredients
4 eggs
12 tbsp sugar
750 ml milk
1 cup molten pig lard
1 cube of yeast
1 tbsp brandy or rum
vanilla
1 lemon
pinch of salt
flour as necessary

Method
Yeast is mixed with 1 tbsp sugar, pinch of salt, 1 cup milk and some flour, to obtain slurries and allowed to rise for a while. Lemon rind and grated exuding half of its juice is then mixed with other products and yeast, is kneaded as a soft dough. The dough was allowed to rise and then split into 6 equal parts. Each roll of the circle, which is divided into 8 parts (4 lines in the middle, like a pizza) and in the large part of each put stuffing, rolls up to the center. The scones are coated with egg and sprinkle with sugar and sesame. Bake in a moderate oven.
