Lemon tea
Ingredients
600 ml water
1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
1 tbsp (10 g) of tea
1/4 cup (50 ml) lemon juice
cloves
lemon pieces
Method
Sugar pour 1/2 cup (100 ml) of cold water and boil 10 minutes on low heat. The tea is infused with 500 ml boiling water and let stand 5 minutes, then strain the broth and strain into a container where added sugar syrup and lemon juice. In presenting each cup put lemon, which is pinned piece cloves, and pour the hot tea brewed.
