Lentil salad and ham

Ingredients
200 g lentils
3 tomatoes
200 g cooked turkey or pork ham
1 clove garlic
3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp olive oil
parsley
pinch of pepper
pinch of oregano
salt
Method
The lentils is boiled with water and drain. Allow to cool in a colander. Cut the tomatoes into thin crescents, ham strips. Mixed with lentils, add Blend garlic, parsley and spices. Allow to stand for a while. Sprinkle with vinegar and the oil.
