Ingredients
1 kg beef
2-3 cloves garlic
1-2 chillies
1 piece of sausage BBQ
100 g cheese
Method
Minced meat is mixed with chopped very finely garlic and peppers, spread is in the middle put the sausage and cut into thin pieces of cheese and turn to roll. Bake in preheated BBQ.
