Light sauce with steamed vegetables

Ingredients
2 cups (400 ml) Светъл basic sauce
2 carrots
1 apple
1 slice chervil
3 tbsp (30 g) vegetable oil
salt
lemon juice
pepper
pinch lemon zest
pinch of sugar
Method
To the basic light sauce add carrots, apple and chervil, grated and steamed vegetable in butter, then rub through a sieve, and salt, lemon juice, pepper, lemon zest, a pinch of sugar (optional).
