Liquid cutlets

Ingredients
250 g minced meat
400 g yogurt
little flour
sunflower oil
2 eggs
Liquid cutlets

Method
In a bowl mix the minced meat, eggs and yogurt in a blender until a homogeneous mixture. If it is too thin to put flour if it is too thick to put a little water. Place a sunflower oil for frying in a pan after the oil is hot with a spoon pour the mixture into the pan and fry the cutlets. Optional can add spices.

Yogurt is more than minced meat. What will become schnitzel? Kate, you do know them?

This is the goal to be liquid. Yes, I've done them and my family love it and I decided to share this recipe.

made them, were delicious - just put a little savory and fenugreek. Not fluffy at all, if he put a little soda or ought to make the mixture more dense?
