Liquid egg sauce

Ingredients
5 eggs
100 g cheese
1/2 cup white wine
1 full tbsp butter
salt
pepper
clove garlic
toast
Method
The butter melts slightly in pan on the fire, add the grated cheese, wine, crushed garlic and salt to taste. Stew over low heat for 5-6 minutes, stirring. Finally, sprinkle with black pepper. Cooked, peeled and still warm liquid egg is placed in the finished sauce. Posnasya warm dish with toast.
