Ingredients
1 liter of brandy
various fruits of your choice
sugar

Method
In glass bottle of 3 liters pour brandy. Put of the first spring fruit - strawberries, cherries, etc. until last autumn fruits - grapes, apples, pears, quinces. Put as much fruit as sugar. For example, 1 cup strawberries, respectively 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup melon - 1/2 cup sugar, etc. Large fruits are cut into pieces. After last added fruit drink stand still 20th days. Strain and store in glass bottles. liqueur acquires incredible flavor.

I do not percolate drunken berries for use with sweet biscuit dough.

I have not make homemade liquor. Later I remembered this year and missed walnuts, strawberries and cherries, but also with other fruits to fall will be a fragrant drink. Picture of the final result - autumn :)

tillia, thank you for my solders liqueur. And I've done it in three-liter jar and rum. The market has more strawberries and raspberries, and these days it will started.

janova, and I had forgotten about it. I have not rules. Mota is a bottle of brandy and it reminded me! :) I used plastic bottle, would not miss the cherries, but now all transferred into a glass jar. Autumn will draw! :)
