Liver kavarma

Ingredients
500 g pork liver
2 onions
1 carrot
200 g mushrooms
3 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 bunch parsley
salt
savory
pepper

Method
Cleaned black liver was cut into pieces and Medium soak in milk for a few hours. Onions, shredded carrot fry, add and mushrooms (optional lightly grilled to their water evaporates). Stews until soft. Remove from the court and in their place warm chopped cloves of garlic, add the drained and washed liver and lightly fry (to whiten). Season with chopped parsley handles and spices. They return the vegetables and add the tomatoes. After issuance of the liquid sprinkle with chopped parsley.
