Liver stuffed

Ingredients
1 kg pork or veal liver
2-3 tbsp butter
2 onions
1 carrot
2 jar of tomato puree or
mint
parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Carefully sharp knife incision is made in the middle of the liver and digs a little gap. Fry the finely chopped onion and carrot, which is pre-cooked. Add spices and this mixture is filled liver and sutured. Place in a pan with oil and bake as pour 2-3 cups water and two tomatoes from the jar.

Vesi, a very interesting recipe! We are not fans of carrots and I'd made with mushrooms. Thanks!

Reni with any filling it. Even maybe a little mince to put.

So I'm not prepared liver eaten, but I think if you put a little minced meat will be better.
