Ingredients
250 g of lobster meat konservrano
200 g sterilized celery
200 g apples
200 g gherkins
200 g potatoes
1 lettuce
4 tomatoes
1 or 2 tbsp truffle sterilized mushrooms
6 tbsp mayonnaise
vinegar
salt
Method
The meat of lobster, celery, apples cleaned, cooked and peeled potatoes and lettuce are cut into strips, add salt and mix with mayonnaise, diluted with vinegar. Arrange the salad in the salad and garnish with sliced ​​tomatoes and cut into julienne truffle or sterilized mushrooms.
