Ingredients
600 g of white chicken meat
200 g butter
8 tbsp sunflower oil
100 g ham
8-12 smothered in butter mushrooms
salt
pepper
2 eggs
breadcrumbs
4 slices white bread without crust
4-5 tbsp broth
Method
Half fillets white meat is crushed with a hammer wet, add some salt and pepper scatter. The ham is cut very finely, mix with stewed mushrooms and spread over larger fillets. Cover with small ends of the fillets are large wrap and shape chops are immersed alternately in the beaten egg, then in bread crumbs and egg and again in breadcrumbs. Cutlets are fried in very heated mixture of the butter and the oil and remove them in a heated dish. In the fat from frying fried plantain slices, slightly carved in the middle and moistened with broth. The chops are placed on plantain sofas and pour a little melted butter.
