Ingredients
400 g filo pastry sheets
4 eggs
300 g feta cheese
1/2 cup sunflower oil
20 g yeast
1 cup Water
yolk spreads

Method
All products except sheet and yolk mix, as the yeast is dissolved in a little water, and the feta cheese is crushed or grated. In a greased pan put 2 peel, pour a little of the mixture and alternate so to finish the products. The banitsa smeared with yolk, allow to stand for 1 hour and bake in a moderate oven.

And what do you put yeast, what rises there is no flour?

Just to put rising yeast, we still have the sheet of flour.

Yes sheets are ready. Pie becomes more fuzzy than as is done with soda or yogurt. After 1 hour, as in a recipe, it is exactly the rise.
