Ingredients
3,2 kg red peppers (sweet pepper)
9 kg tomatoes

Method
The peppers are washed, cleaned of seeds and cut into pieces. Cook in a saucepan and Strain. Cut the tomatoes into pieces and also Strain. Garlic and parsley finely.
