Ingredients
3 cups flour
1/2 cube of yeast or 1 package dry yeast
1 pinch salt
# For the filling:
250 g minced meat
1 tbsp chutney
1 onion
2 peppers
2 tomatoes
salt, cumin, cayenne pepper optional, black and paprika

Method
Involved dough of flour dissolved in a little water yeast, salt and water, enough to make a soft dough and leave to rise. onion Grate, peppers cut into very small pieces, tomatoes grinded. Mix all ingredients for the filling, so as to obtain a mixture that can be greased. Since the dough is rolled buns (10 cm in diameter, 0.5 cm thick). Spread top with a nice mixture of minced meat and arrange in greased pan. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 C while constipation top. Once roasted, put on one another to soften. Serve with chopped onion, parsley, lettuce, sprinkled with lemon.
