Macaroni croquettes

Ingredients
500 g macaroni
300 g ham
250 g cheese
3 eggs
breadcrumbs
sunflower oil
Method
Boil macaroni in salted water. Drained and finely chopped. Add finely chopped ham, grated cheese, one whole egg and two egg yolks. The mixture was stirred well. With moistened hands, form balls. Rolled in beaten egg whites and then in breadcrumbs. Fry in a highly heated sunflower oil.
