Macaroni Spanish

Ingredients
250 g macaroni
120 g ham
40 g butter
40 g lard
1 onion
50 g of tomato paste
60 g feta cheese
2 tbsp (20 g) breadcrumbs
Salt
pepper

Method
Boil the macaroni in a large quantity of salted water and strain. Chopped onion and diced ham fried in the lard, add the tomato puree, fuzzy with little water or broth, salt, pepper and stew. Pour pasta with sgoresheno butter, place in baking pan, add the prepared mixture and stir well. Sprinkle with grated feta cheese and breadcrumbs, baked brief time under the grill in a hot oven. Serve immediately.

In the real recipe put: except pasta - 100 grams of minced meat, chopped green pepper (no cheese, breadcrumbs, pepper).
