Ingredients
1 hot or cold smoked mackerel
1 cup cooked beans
1 onion
3 pickles
1/2 bunch parsley
the juice of 1 lemon
3 tbsp sunflower oil
salt
pepper
Method
Fish is cleaned of skin and bones and broken into pieces. Add beans, julienne-cut onion and chopped pickles. The mixture is seasoned with lemon juice, salt, pepper and chopped parsley. Stir and put in a suitable dish.
