Madeleine

Ingredients
100 g butter dough
25 g butter spreads
100 g of powdered sugar
2 eggs
100 g flour mixed with baking powder
8 tbsp raspberry jam through a sieve
75 g coconut flour
candied cherries
green leaves for decoration
Method
The butter and sugar are broken foam. Add the eggs, previously beaten and sifted flour with baking powder. Pour into small shapes. Bake in a moderate oven, or until golden and puffed. Ready Madeleine turn on a rack to cool. Spread with jam and sprinkle with coconut flour. Decorate with cherries and green leaves such as mint.
