Ingredients
4 large potatoes
2 onions
30 g butter
1 tsp paprika
3 tbsp tomato paste
250 ml water
Method
Chop the onion slices. Heat the butter, put the onions and fry until soft. Add sliced ​​potatoes and fry well. Then put the red pepper, tomato paste and water and leave the potatoes on low heat to boil. Serve as a side dish or meal.
