Ingredients
500 g pork
500 g green peppers pepper
1 large onion
100 ml olive oil
tomatoes 3
3 large potatoes

Method
Cut the meat into medium-sized pieces and boil for half an hour in a pressure cooker. In separate bowl pour the olive oil, chopped peppers and onions and fry them. When the onion becomes golden add the chopped tomatoes and potatoes, which are pre-cut into rings. When they braised Pour about 150 ml broth in which we boiled the meat, add salt and leave to boil for ten minutes. Then pour the mixture into a tray, arrange the pieces of meat on it and bake half hour in the oven at 180 ° C after being pre-heated.
