2 cups (400 ml), bone or vegetable potion
2 tbsp (20 g) flour baked
2 tbsp (20 ml) vegetable oil
pinch of sugar
pinch of pepper
Finely chopped onion and grated carrot sauté ten minutes in vegetable oil, scatter with pepper, pour in half brew and boil. Add in the rest potion fuzzy meal. Boil the sauce, season with salt and sugar and boil for 30 minutes on low heat, stirring. Strain through a sieve.
