Ingredients
2 and 1/2 cup (300 g) flour
125 g butter
3 and 2/3 cup (750 g) yogurt
1/2 tsp (3 g) of baking soda
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
salt
garlic
Method
From the flour, baking soda and water to knead dough, which is divided into 3-4 balls. Each ball rolled into a thick sheet from which are cut strips, 5.6 cm long and 1 cm wide (the little finger). Is placed in boiling salted water, during boiling, stirred, so as not to stick. Remove with latticed spoon and put 10-15 in bowl. Pour with podluchenoto with garlic yogurt and fried with paprika butter and serve.
