Mandradzhiyski tutmanik

Ingredients
500 g flour
200 g yogurt
pinch of baking soda
2 eggs
100 g feta cheese
50 g cheese
125 g butter
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 tsp (5 g) salt

Method
Slightly softened butter and stir to it, stirring constantly add one by one egg, chopped feta cheese, salt, yogurt with shattered it baking soda and flour. The mixture is stirred well and pour the dough in a greased with butter and scatter breadcrumbs pan. Bake in a hot oven for about 20 minutes. Immediately after removing the tutmanik sprinkle with grated cheese and served with sheep's yoghurt (cow or drained yogurt).
