Ingredients
3 eggs
100 g butter
2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup milk
3 tbsp cocoa
2 tsp baking powder
vanilla
rind of one lemon
# For glaze:
100 g chocolate
5-6 tbsp milk

Method
Softened butter stir the mixer on low speed for 2-3 minutes, until fluffy. Gradually add sugar, stir another 1-2 minutes, add the essence and grated lemon rind.
