Marbles yogurt

Ingredients
400 g minced meat
500 g small onions - onions
1/2 onion
3 tbsp flour
4 garlic cloves
1/3 cup sunflower oil
1 egg
1 cup yogurt
pepper
mint
salt

Method
Kneaded mince with egg, chopped onion, salt and pepper. Formed into balls as big as a walnut, oval in 1 tbsp flour and fry until golden part of the oil. Scalded and peeled onions fry in the remaining sunflower oil until golden. Sprinkle with remaining flour and fry another 4-5 minutes. Dilute with hot broth or hot water as the mixture boils add the whipped yogurt. Concentrate the sauce and it placed balls. Leave to boil in sauce on medium heat for about 10 minutes. Dosolyava be if necessary and seasoned with mint and crushed garlic.

Mmm ... it looks delicious:-)

I did not put onions and chopped onion. The sauce was very tasty. Until now I had not put mint in this type of dish, but the combination of all the products I liked. In general recipe is excellent.
